Walking, the New Exercise Boom?

High profile personal trainers on both sides of the Atlantic can be seen marching their clients around parks and pavements. In fact the LA Times predicts that walking will be the new exercise boom. A recent article by Peta Bee says its "the best way to lose weight, avoid illness and improve your brainpower".

The article goes on to say 'Joann Manson, professor of medicine at Harvard University has described a daily walk as being "as close to a magic bullet as you'll find in modern medicine. If there was a pill that could lower the risk of chronic disease like walking does, then people would be clamouring for it" '.

It looks as if Walking Works has arrived at just the right time! No personal trainer is needed, just walk more as part of your commute! Read more at click here
