The Greater London Authority Supports Walk to Work Day

Preparations for Thursday 26 are going ahead at furious pace at the GLA. About 20% of the workforce are walking to work on the day.

The GLA's Transport Department told us staff were taking up the offer of a free breakfast and exhibition on walking related issues with enthusiasm. Felicia Conner, Walking Works' Campaign Co-ordinator said she was delighted the GLA was setting such a positive example to other London businesses and organisations.
