"I feel too tired to walk, especially after work. What should I do?"
Don't give up. Walking will actually make you feel a lot better because you are exercising your body and getting more oxygen. Try it and see.
"I don't feel safe walking alone, what do you advise?"
"I don't like walking because of the weather. How can I get over this?"
"I am just too busy to walk. How can I fit it in?"

Haringey's Travel Plan gets off to a great start

A recent article by Peta Bee says its "the best way to lose weight, avoid illness and improve your brainpower".

London Borough of Hackney Steps Forward
Walking Works is delighted to announce that London Borough of Hackney have offered to be the campaign's first pilot employer. Over the next six months we will be working closely with them to develop and promote walking as part of their travel plan.
